Must meet the following criteria:
Answer our incoming client service calls pertaining to their scheduled conference calls and accounts,
Email prospects new account information, rate sheet and user’s guides.
Describe the services available and customer options
Respond to email queries and voice mail messages from clients and prospects
Accurately enter scheduled data into company database
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Prior experience with client services and/or sales a definite plus
The minimum requirements for this exciting opportunity:
1 year Customer Service, Help Desk or Inside Sales experience
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
(Intermediate level or higher)
Outstanding written and oral communications skills
37-wpm typing speed, error free
