1966 Mustang “Co

1966 Mustang “Convertible”-----This car for being 43yrs has been well maintained by my cousin and myself. It is in great condition with the possibility that the mileage on the odometer is correct (24k+). Buyers order, service records & receipts show mileage history. This car has been in our family since the 1980’s in New Mexico.

(Original Color) Springtime yellow/black/black---Due to the age of this car this car needs paint work. The original type paint is the weakest point of the car. To a collector originality is very important. That

is, why I have not painted the car. This car can be touched up by a professional painter or repainted to your desire. The body on this car is in very straight condition as you can see in the pictures. No dents, just small paints chips. (The more original the car is, the more value it retains)

The equipment in the car is as follows: 289V8/2bbl-AT, PS, Center console with bucket seats, Rally pack (Tach. & Clock), Wood grain dash, AM Radio (Still works), wiper/washer, Emergency flasher, Mustang wire hub caps, Spare tire/jack, Owners manual, 2 sets of original keys with Mustang emblem.

Over $10k has been invested on the upkeep & maintenance, parts & labor. Parts replaced “New”:

(Radiator, Carb, Fuel pump, Water pump, Fuel tank & sending unit, Belts & hoses, Tires, Battery, Spark plug wires, Voltage regulator, Solenoid, Front suspension joints, Front brakes & drums, Wheel cylinder

kits, Halogen head lights, Tail light assembles, , Dual exhaust system, shocks, window seals, door hinge pins, Convertible top, Drive shaft & u-joints, Valve cover gaskets, transmission filter & gasket, Interior

(seat covers & foam, carpet & insulation). Over 80% of these repairs have be done in the last year because the car was stored for a very long period. Too many small repairs & parts to list! Engine & trunk compartment painted & detailed. Undercarriage is undercoated & detailed. Car is very road worthy, last summer, I drove the Mustang from New Mexico to Austin. Will consider trade of equal value.
