Teknotics is seeking an Enterprise Architect with extensive SQL experience for a minimum 3 month contract with the Texas Department of Public Safety. If you are interested and meet the following requirements, please send us your resume and rate requirements.
This individual will assist in writing the IT specifications for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for procurement of a agency wide solution for Grant Management Tracking System for managing the allocation and tracking of the federal and state funds allocated to the State of Texas. The system will be used to manage the receipt of, internal use, and allocation of funds to local and state entities. The individual will be required to become familiar with the types of grant funds received by the agency, determine the needs of the agency for tracking, and develop IT specifications for the RFP. In addition to writing the RFP, we will require the individual to be available to answer technical questions from prospective bidders and participate in the evaluation phase of the procurement process.
Minimum Requirements:
* 8 years - Extensive experience in writing all specifications related to design and deployment of enterprise level SQL solution into statements of work.
* 7 years - Extensive experience working in the SQL Server environment.
* 7 years - Considerable experience in quickly understanding and analyzing SQL based implementations on all common operating systems.
Preferences:
* 3 years - Experience writing state requests for proposals.
