Teknotics is seeking a Windows Technical Support Analyst for a minimum 6 month contract working with Novell Zen Works to distribute Autonomy E-talk clients to Windows XP workstations across multiple sites. Minimum Requirements:

* 8 years - Configuring packaged software installs for remote installation to Windows XP workstations.
* 4 years - Troubleshooting/Resolving software installation problems.
* 4 years - Skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems and issues on projects.
* 4 years - Knowledge of industry-standard software deployment terms, tools, and techniques.
* 2 years - Autonomy E-talk client deployment to Windows XP workstations and Windows domains.
* 2 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 2 years - Excellent organizational skills
* 1 year - Autonomy E-talk server configuration and deployment strategies.

Preferences:

* 4 years - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
* 2 years - Experience using Novell Zen Works to distribute E-talk applications
* 2 years - Texas state agency experience
* 2 years - Knowledge of VoIP E-talk configurations.
