Hi everyone, I am a senior at UT working towards eventually going to graduate school. I enjoy cooking, kicking around a soccer ball, hanging out with friends, and occasionally having people over to hang out. Most of my day is usually spent around campus, so when I get back I tend to reach for a good book or a soccer ball to wind down the day. I am open to having either a male or a female roommate. This is a little bungalow house that is fully furnished except for your bed room. There is a big, green and shady back yard with a hammock, an outside patio, all nestled in a quiet and safe area. This is just 10 minutes from down town and 5 minutes from UT campus (there is also a close bus stop that goes directly to campus). Throughout the house there are hardwood floors, new appliances, and freshly pained rooms. The beedroom has 4 nice big wood windows, 2 closets, hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and crown molding. The security deposit is one month's rent. Utilities usually run no more than $60 per month for each of us and I would be willing to split high speed Internet if you are interested (if not, that's okay).
